The Walk to Trot program is for anyone who is currently active 1-2 days a week and can walk up to 30 minutes. You stay moderately active, but are ready to reach your first finish line!
The Trot to Run program is for the runners out there who have finished a 5k. You work out 3-4 days a week and can finish a 5k. However, this year you are ready to reach that finish line a little faster.
