the beau collective...fitness, life, happy hour!

Park City people are known for being active.  We all love to get outside and sweat everyday and live healthy lifestyles.  But a LIFESTYLE is about more than just eating healthy and exercise. It is about being social, building a community and stopping along the way to truly enjoy each moment!

Whitney Kozlowski is one of our amazing ambassadors and she has created something that has made us all stop and say, "YES...that's what it is all about!!"  She has created a program that she calls the "BEAUGRAM" ....named after her youngest daughter Beau!!  This programs combines all of Whit's favorite things... challenging fitness, fun social spots, great local businesses, motivational forces and life's whatnot.  The Beaugram blends them all together for a group of willing badasses for 3 months at a time!!

Anyone who has been to Whitney's classes knows that she is a motivational force that inspires you to do more burpees than you feel is physically possible while making the workout fun and blaring the BEST music.  Her friends from home still crack up that she is in the fitness industry.  She has always been athletic, but in college she was more likely to rally her friends to the bar for drink specials and creatively get mix tapes to play on repeat at late night parties over getting everyone out for a morning jog.

In college someone talked her into running the LA Marathon. She ran another one in Europe. Her husband got her into triathlons and before she knew it, fitness was a cornerstone to her life. She stumbled upon group workouts after having a baby, she needed a social outlet,  to circle her emotional wagons and get her endorphins and body back.

Whitney began teaching her own classes, reading, studying, understanding the process of effective exercise. She fell in love and it became a passion.  Social cohesiveness is one step to fitness accountability and it is one of her favorites. She believes, and her classes have proven, that we elevate our efforts, dig deeper and request more of ourselves when we are part of something.  We return day after day when its unique, fun, and results surface.

Whitney also started working as a concierge in a boutique hotel and got to know all shades of Park City. She made connections and relationships that she continue to pass along to her participants to this day. She fiercely believes that there is strength in numbers, and that those numbers, often times, like to get drinks together after a workout. Everybody wins.
The Beau Collective is a place for it's participants to create a truly healthy lifestyle...fitness, life, happy hour!!  Sign up soon because space is limited!
