sweat once a day



We all have great intentions to get the perfect workout in everyday.  Some days the time just gets away from us and the 90 minutes we would love to dedicate just is not available.  Here is a quick and easy 30 minute workout that can be done at home, in your hotel room, ANYWHERE!!!  This workout will have you feeling great and burning about 350 calories in 30 minutes!!

- 2 minutes of jumping jacks

- 24 side lunges each side

-24 squats lifting your arms into the air- REST AND REPEAT

-2 minutes steps or hops over an imaginary line

-24 glute bridges- lay on your back, raise your glutes into the air, raise your right leg and drop your hips toward the ground and life them back up- switch sides and repeat 24 reps

-30 seconds of punches with right leg forward- switch lead leg and go for another 30 seconds

-2 minutes of fast feet back and forth over an imaginary line

- 24 reps of tricep dips.  Make your body into a reverse bridge, dip by bending your elbow- REST AND REPEAT

- 24 super mans.  Lay on your stomach, lift your arms and legs at the same time and hold-REST AND REPEAT

- 2 minutes of standing speed crunches. Raise your arms, then lift left knee and bring right elbow down to meet it-switch sides and repeat.
